Training
We strongly invest in our employee’s training program. Each new staff member undergoes four one-week trainings. These interactive Basic Logistics Trainings (BLT) and Competence Field Trainings (CFT) are tailored to each employee’s individual field of activity consisting of lectures, workshops, case studies and on-site visits. Parallel to the on-the-job-training we offer special courses in communication techniques or software tools. Additionally the Miebach eLearning platform offers a wide range of self-study material.
